Dear amazing community, A couple of event announcements. Send me a “hell yeah” and let me know which one you’d like to attend. 🌱 12 February, 7.30pm GMT - Men in Social Impact Focusing on our second wave of purpose and identity. A space to deepen ourselves and consciously buck the trend of the ridiculous damage men are doing globally. It will be deep, spirited and playful. 🏃🏾♀️ 19 February, 2pm GMT - One:One Recalibration Session I have space for one deep-dive coaching session on the 19 February, 90 minutes. We’ll move through four key areas:
🍉 3 March, 1pm GMT - PROJECT 10⁹ A session on solidarity, reflection and action towards humanity. For those who've already attended a session. Come as you are. Bring your emotions. Let’s be in solidarity and shift our state. Together. Solidarity Everywhere I sit, there is more talk about fascism, racism, the right, the billionaire club. From coffee shops to online sessions. More than I have ever experienced. Which is amazing. There are jokes about how we can fight back in more playful ways. And yet, almost everyone I speak to is also trying to nourish themselves and simply make it through. Survival in the face of a stormy global crowd. We hold this contradiction. Guilt, and wanting more for society. Frustration that writing to our MPs or protesting does not feel like enough. I hold that frustration. Last week I noticed a lot of impatience in myself and asked, how can I be more patient with others? I realised my attention had turned too much inward, rather than holding solidarity for where others are on their journey. Where there is joy, play and connection alongside justice, there is a true form of activism. And yet, is enough time spent pausing to hold the discomfort? To reflect, and then perhaps take loving action? Consciously or unconsciously, we will always take action if we sit in a space where our voice is heard and held. So tomorrow, Monday, how might you show solidarity somewhere? For me it's a simple mantra that I'm here to hold space and I'll be more patient that everyone is burning out somehow, and if they allow me, I'll support them to burn more brightly. Email me this emoji -✊🏾 if you’d like Fidel Castro’s speech on revolution and solidarity. Stay connected, stay human, fight the burnout. And an ask... What does your team need? What does our organisation need? Can I bring these four sessions to your organisation? I'd love to amplify my energy - Identity, Self-trust and energy, Anxiety and Purpose. And a song

Dear community I long for a just community.I long for tough conversations held with love and connection.I long for us working together for a better future, for ourselves and for generations to come.I long for a society where ancestral wisdom is welcomed everywhere. Where queer is normal.Where we take on our unlearning and grow together.Where we can sit in difficult conversations with loving awareness. A place where we loosen the grip of money, and hold a vision of something new. I feel a...
Dear community, I keep hearing about grief and sadness, but also courage and love. I keep hearing about many of us going back to old patterns we thought we had already worked through. I keep seeing this in sectoral meetings too. So what is it like to be you right now in a world of turmoil? I would love to know. Email me. For me, here is what it is like beyond the square Zoom screen. I am working through my ancestral trauma, wanting to me the final iteration of the violence of the past and not...
Dear community Thank you for all the beautiful conversations this week during one-to-ones and PROJECT 10⁹. PROJECT 10⁹ will be going to locations this spring and summer.
